I believe this map was made sometime between June 1956 and 1960.
The map shows the Underwood Annex of Northwest Texas Hospital, which began operation in June 1956. That suggests the map was made sometime after that date.
The map also shows the Amarillo Municipal Auditorium, which was torn down in May 1968 to make room for the Civic Center; moreover, it shows Price Memorial College, which changed its name to Alamo... Catholic School in 1966. That would suggest the map was made sometime before 1966.

In 1960, my family and I moved from South Ong Street to the 2900 block of South Fairfield. At the time I am pretty sure we were living in the city limits, and I am almost positive Grand Street went all the way to 34th Street, but this map shows Grand Street and the city limits stopping at 27th, which suggests the map was made before 1960.
Therefore, that narrows down the date of the map to sometime between June 1956 and 1960.
